What is the program about?

The uninsured and underinsured people who have insurance, but their deductibles are so high they never meet them, and they are paying full price for medicine. With decades of relationships, partnerships and buying power, we have pooled our resources and are providing the lowest prices on medications in the country.

What do I have to do to get started?

On the website, nationalscriptnetwork.com, click subscribe to enroll. Sign up and create your account to obtain your membership card. Call us, we can help you sign up.

Will all prescribed drugs be free; at no cost to me?

Yes, all generic medications on our formulary.

Can I begin using this benefit right after I sign up? Or is there a minimum wait time?

Yes, you can begin using it immediately for Mail Order, and for retail 24 hours after you sign up

How long will it take for me to sign up and become activated?

Signing up is easy, it will only take a few moments to answer required information. Call us, we can help you sign up.

Are my brand name drugs free?

Only your generic medications on the formulary are free with your monthly subscription.

So, brand medication is not available?

Our pharmacists can help determine if there is an equivalent drug to help meet your medical need. Or, you may obtain brand name medications through your retail pharmacy at a contracted cost.

Does this plan have over the counter medications and are they also free?

We do offer over the counter medications through mail order at 50% or more off retail prices

Are there any additional costs?

We only treat patients who are 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.

How many of my family members can be on the plan with me?

As many family members you have. All family members must live at the same address.

Can I have multiple addresses for family members?

All family members must live at the same address. Shipping address can change depending upon circumstances.

Can I change my subscription from family to single or single to family if I need to?

Yes, changes can be made on your monthly billing date.

How do I get my prescriptions transferred?

Our pharmacist will contact your local pharmacy or physician and have your prescription transferred to us.

What will the quantity be that I will receive as free?

The quantity will be as per the doctor’s order on the prescription. However, there is a maximum qty limit allowed by the program. Charges may occur for maximum quantity limits exceeded.

Do you support 30-day prescriptions? How about 90-Days?

Yes, we support 30 day and 90- day prescriptions. The most economical will be a 90-day supply!

Is there a limit to how many prescriptions I can get filled?

There is no limit.

Where can I go to determine what drugs are available?

Go to my nationalscriptnetwork.com, click on the “Free Medication List” or call our customer service.

Do I have to contact my doctor?

Our pharmacists will reach out to your doctor to request a new prescription or refill.

Are diabetic drugs covered for free? Meters, Test strips

You will receive a free meter, low- cost testing strips, and lancets.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.

What type of membership card will I receive?

A digital member card will be available from the online portal to download or print after you enroll.

How long before I receive my membership card?

Your card will be available after you enroll.

What if I have a problem with my order or my account and need help?

Email us at info@nationalscriptnetwork.com and our team will then review and get back to you ASAP to resolve your inquiry.

What states do you ship medications to?

We ship medications to all 50 states, EXCEPT for Massachusetts. If you have any specific shipping questions, please email them to info@nationalscriptnetwork.com.

Can I use this plan at retail?

Yes, present your membership card to your local pharmacy. Your prescription cost will be at the contractual rate.

If I don’t use the plan, will I still be charged?

Yes. Monthly subscription applies to remain active in the program.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It will depend on your shipping preference. If you use standard shipping time is 7-10 days.

Can I manage my account online: Change my credit card? Can I cancel online? Can I change address?

Yes. Click the user icon on the top of nationalscriptnetwork.com and login to your account to manage your subscription. 

Will my credit card be charged on a certain day each month?

Yes. 30 days from sign-up date.
